CANCELLATION POLICY

If you need to cancel or change your order, you can do so on the order page by yourself. If you need to cancel or modify the order after it has been processed and shipped, please contact us at support@homedor.com as soon as possible. After canceling your order, if there is no dispute, your refund will be credited to your account in about 5 working days.

Cancellation before payment

  • Log into "My Account" and click on "My Orders".
  • Click on the order number that you would like to cancel.
  • Click on "Delete this order" and confirm that you want to cancel it.

Cancellation after payment

Please note that we may offer a corresponding cancellation policy or solution to customer's inquiries based on the different product categories.

Orders canceled before shipping are eligible for a full refund, except for customized products.

For customized items, if you decide to cancel a customized item after we have already sent it out before you receive it, please note that the customization fee will not be refunded.
